In the event that the theft of a truck of armed men, or any other person with firearms, the case will be immediately reviewed in collaboration with local law enforcement. The service provider is not responsible for such a loss resulting from armed attacks until the investigation is closed and the case is closed. This can be modified or extended by the written agreement of both parties. In the event of a disagreement resulting from this treaty, the parties agree to negotiate an agreement on that agreement or, if an agreement is not reached, mediation disagrees before submitting a case. If the supplier is unable to resolve the issue on time, the customer reserves the right to charge the carrier the delay of $20.00 per tonne per day for each day the convoy/truck is 48 hours late. In addition, the customer reserves the right to use another supplier to complete the delivery of delayed shipments.
