Cra Pad Agreement

Stripe offers you payment services through various financial service providers. Payment services allow you to accept payments from your customers to make transactions. We may restrict or refuse the processing of fees (as defined below) for restricted businesses or for fees filed in violation of this agreement. In order to use the payment services, you must also agree to separate agreements with the financial service providers, as described in Section 5. Due to the procedures to be carried out between the CRA and the financial institution, the payment date chosen by the taxable person must be at least five working days from the date on which his CSA agreement is established or managed. You will find a list of non-business related days under federal holidays. On this page, you can perform four actions: view, edit, skip a payment, or cancel your Authorized Direct Debit Agreement (PAD). You agree that this Agreement is a credit advance payment agreement within the meaning of section 11.01(b) of the Companies` Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) and within the meaning of section 65.1(4)(b) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) and may not be assigned by you in the event of insolvency proceedings affecting you. You acknowledge that, without the agreement in the preceding sentence, we would not have entered into this agreement.
